Anyone in our community who has a child with a medical need.
How much is the sponsorship?
The Pediatric Care Plan is not a monthly sponsorship program. You can choose to give into the program monthly or a one-time donation.
What do the donations go towards?
We carefully consider every applicant and distribute funds according to greatest need. The Pediatric Care plan helps fund prescriptions and medical care for children who are most in need. Our mission is to ensure that every child has the highest quality of health care possible.
