The Formula Program
Who is it for?
The Formula program began as a call to action from our community in Jeremie, Haiti. We work directly with the local Haitian pediatrician to enroll infants in the program who have lost their mothers within the first 6 months of their lives.
How much is the sponsorship?
Sponsorship for the Formula Program is only $80/month.
What do the donations go towards?
Each family enrolled receives free formula monthly (quantity depends on child’s age and nutrition needs), a free monthly check-up with the pediatrician, and weekly home visits for follow-ups, and weight checks from one of our LS:VA Pediatric Nurses. Each participant is registered in the program until they are 18-months old.
Your Impact
